Wednesday Wisdom
Thought for the Week
Doing more doesn’t always mean achieving more, but doing more of the right thing can certainly help you achieve more.
I always value feedback & questions. Write to me at [email protected].
Hope you've been having a great week & wish those observing the holy month, a very blessed Ramadan Kareem.
Also, I recently joined X, so if you're active there, I'd appreciate your support with a follow!

This Week's Insights🎙️
If you have never-ending To-Do lists, software to track every minute of your day, and non-stop notifications making you feel overwhelmed, I'm not surprised.
Constantly living in an environment where you consume hundreds of pieces of information a day can become exhausting for the mind and the body. On average, our brain can handle up to 7 things at once, and yet we always have hundreds of things to do, making us feel busy and exhausted after each day.
However, we often confuse being busy with being productive. True progress comes from focusing on what moves the needle. One of the best ways to help you break this down is by using an Impact/Income matrix. (Reply to this email with "BUSY" if you would like a step-by-step breakdown of how to do so).
Instead of asking, "How can I do more?", you should be asking "What truly deserves my attention?"
Practical Tips ✅
Apply the 80/20 Rule: 20% of tasks will drive 80% of results. You just need to determine what those 20% tasks are.
Use a 'Not-To-Do' List: Identify distractions and low-value tasks that can be automated, delegated or removed from your system entirely.
Protect your Peak Performance Hours: Block time for high-impact tasks that require your full focus.
