#17 - Months Down, 6 More to Grow
Wednesday Wisdom
Thought for the Week
We're officially halfway through 2025, and the question isn't what have you achieved?
It's what will you focus on next, now that you know what really matters?
I always value feedback & questions. Write to me at [email protected].
Hope you've had a great week!
*I'm sorry for the delay, the mid-year really got to me 🤯

This Week's Insights🎙️
Six months into 2025, and the business has transformed in ways I didn't expect. Growth in my network & client base, an intern to mentor, expanded responsibilities, and countless learning opportunities have all emerged in such a short span of time. It's got me reflecting on how much has shifted compared to the slow but steady grind of the previous two years.
Here's what really struck me though: while I can always make more money, I can never make more time. Every hour spent is gone forever. Most of us are so caught up in "doing" that we forget to pause and assess if what we're doing still makes sense. Maybe your goals shifted. Maybe your business evolved. Or maybe you're just tired of running at 100% without checking if the direction still aligns with where you want to go.
The halfway point is your reset button. So as I look ahead to the next six months, I'm not just asking what I want to achieve. I'm asking what deserves my irreplaceable time, and I would recommend you do the same.
Practical Tips ✅
Do a 3-bucket audit: List everything you’re doing at a high-level view under “Keep / Improve / Stop
Review your calendar: What are you spending time on that isn’t moving the needle?
Pick 1 big priority: For the next 90 days, what’s the one thing that matters most?
